Jim started his career in the retail energy industry while still attending school in early 2002 when he joined a start up company Utility Marketing Group with less than ten employees. He played an instrumental role in growing the company to over 1,400 employees while acting as the VP of Sales through 2014. During his tenure he also helped start an energy brokerage firm Energy Professionals in 2008 which subsequently grew to become one of the top five retail energy brokers in the country. In 2023, Jim joined Energy BPO acting as the Chief Sales Officer in present time and been elevated to partner and owner.

Michael began his call center career in 2017 on the phone as an owner/operator of a small boutique office in Daytona Beach, specializing in outbound telesales. In 2019, he secured his first energy client, marking the start of his focus in the telesales sector. Today, Michael is VP of Operations and oversee's operations across six locations: including Daytona Beach, FL; Belize City, Belize; Managua, Nicaragua; Barranquilla, Colombia; Monterrey, Mexico; and Durban, South Africa. His teams represent some of the largest energy retail suppliers, as well as top solar and home warranty companies in North America.
